Roasted Tomatoes Recipe


 I served this as a side dish with the Kafta and Tahini Sauce.


Ingredients:

4 medium tomatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
3 garlic cloves minced.
olive oil

Directions:

Cut Tomatoes in half and place in baking dish.
spread garlic on tomatoes , sprinkle salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil
Place rack on medium position and broil for about 20-30 mins depending on your tomatoes' sizes.
